Butxi Hot Sauces the initiative of Jaume Cladera arose in 2000, who, detecting a certain unsatisfied demand for spicy products on the island, decided to create Pebres Butxi, a local company that produces and packages peppers with which it also produces sauces, oils and condiments that they are the delight of the most demanding palates.

History
Left behind was that small plantation with which Butxi started his journey. Today it has more than 65,000 plants of different varieties of peppers, tended by hand. In keeping with the company’s philosophy, none of its products contain preservatives, colorings or flavor enhancers. 100% natural!
Butxi is fully involved with the local economy. They take Sa Pobla wherever they go with their products, and their gardens are established on Mallorcan soil. Its production is practically artisanal, taking care of each of the production processes, from planting to final packaging, seeking to keep the aroma and flavor of the pepper intact.
