Our returns policy

100×100 Mallorca, as well as third parties who sell through the 100x100Mallorca.cat Marketplace, offer the return of most products within 15 days of receipt by the consumer. Most of the products sold on 100x100mallorca.cat are subject to the general returns policy, but some have certain particularities when it comes to returning them.

Usage: for returns of products sent by 100x100mallorca.cat you will receive a refund within a maximum period of 14 days and we will confirm this with an email. You will be able to see it on your bank statement within a maximum of 5-7 working days after the refund is issued. In certain circumstances, the deadline for issuing the refund may be longer. Likewise, in certain circumstances, and in cases of returns whose value exceeds 264 EUR, the period for issuing the refund may take up to a maximum of 30 days. Right to cancel and return an order.

14-day cooling-off period

In the EU you have the right to return purchases made online or through other types of distance selling (by telephone, by mail or to a seller at home) within fourteen days to obtain a full refund of the product amount. You can do it for any reason, even if it’s just because you thought better of it.

However, the fourteen-day cooling-off period does not apply to all purchases. Here are some of the exceptions:

Food and drinks served at home.
Made-to-measure or customized items (such as custom-made shoes, etc.)

Please note that this list is not exhaustive.

The reflection period ends fourteen days after the date of receipt of the products. If the cooling-off period ends on a non-business day, the deadline is extended to the next business day.

How can I return a product?

You can return orders placed on our website in the most convenient way:

.If you want to return more than one article, you will have to fill in a form for each one, likewise if the delivery address was different from the shipping one, state this in the email.

Remember to give the delivery person the products and the exact number of packages that you indicated by phone or email when specifying the return.

What are the return terms:

The return periods detailed below will begin to count from the delivery of the order:

30 calendar days: fashion products, accessories and footwear.
15 calendar days: furniture, accessories and home textiles.

Most products purchased at 1 00x100mallorca.cat can be returned, as long as they are in perfect condition and unassembled. Including accessories, documentation and packaging, otherwise the good will suffer depreciation. There are some exceptions and certain deadlines to be able to make the return.

Make sure at the time of the return that it does not include any product that is not on the 100x100mallorca.cat website. Please note that we will not be held responsible and neither the product nor the corresponding amount will be returned.

The return of personalized products or other personal data is not accepted, except for defects or defects thereof.

Once the goods have been received in our warehouses and the delivery verified, the amount will be refunded in accordance with the method of payment made by the customer. The direct cost of the return of the good or service will be borne by the customer as stated in the LGCU.

Which products cannot be returned?

The refund will not be applicable to:

The provision of services, once the service has been executed, when the execution has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with the recognition on their part that they are aware that, once the contract has been executed by the employer, will have lost the right of withdrawal.
The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the employer cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.
The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized (for example: weapons, furniture, tailor-made clothes, customized clothes such as sports shirts with personal name).
The supply of goods that can deteriorate or expire quickly (for example: food, flowers, fruit baskets…).
The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery (for example: earrings, all beauty items, toiletries, cosmetics, cleaning personal, hair accessories, underwear, stockings and pantyhose, hygienic masks, headphones and all those products for body use).
The supply of alcoholic beverages whose price has been agreed upon at the time of signing the sales contract and which cannot be delivered before 30 days, and whose real value depends on market fluctuations that the employer does not can control
You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
This will also apply to items such as mobile phones, tablets, computers, etc…, devices in which you have registered, activated security features, geolocation or patterns, since the initialization of these devices requires prior registration and volunteer your personal data, which are stored in the terminal’s memory.

Erroneous returns

Please make sure to include the correct and complete product when making a return. To receive a refund you must return the correct product.

If you have mistakenly sent the wrong product to 100x100mallorca.cat, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible, as 100x100mallorca.cat is under no obligation to store or store incorrect or erroneous returns. 100x100mallorca.cat cannot guarantee that your product will be found and returned, and no compensation is given for incorrect products sent to 100x100mallorca.cat.

Defective or damaged products

(Defective product)

You can claim that a product is defective for two years after the date of receipt for products delivered after January 2023 and for two years after that for products delivered before January 2023 Depending on the date of claim and of the product type, there are several options.

Usage: If your product is defective, please first consult the product documentation, for example, the user’s guide for troubleshooting suggestions, or contact the manufacturer. According to the manufacturer’s warranty, this usually has the option of repairing the product or replacing individual parts of it. 100x100mallorca.cat will not carry out the replacement of any part of the product that is missing or that is defective nor will it offer technical assistance for it if it is not the manufacturer.

Product damaged during shipping

If you receive a damaged product during your shipment, please visit our Customer Service to return it within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order and contact our team. For more information about returns, please see our return policies.

Usage: For defective or damaged products purchased from 100x100mallorca.cat sellers that have been shipped by the seller, please contact the seller. Do not return these products directly to 100×100 Mallorca.

Customized products

Custom Products include any configured, customized or registered products; for example, engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, carving or stamping. Custom products cannot be returned, but can be refunded or replaced within 15 days of delivery if, upon arrival, the product is damaged or defective, or is substantially different from what the customer ordered. If there is a typographical or configuration, registration or design error due to a third-party vendor failure, you are protected by the Warranty.
