Our jams have characteristics that make them different from all those on the market. We are producers and the fruit goes straight from the tree to the kitchen. We pick it when it is ready, not too ripe, to preserve all the natural pectin. Once harvested, we make the jams without the fruit losing its aroma and flavor that have disappeared from the homogenized fruit with which the big food companies supply the market.
Jams with natural ingredients, without artificial preservatives, colorings or thickeners. All of them have more than 50% fruit and the cooking system, made on a slow fire and at a low temperature, allows the properties, aromas and flavor of the freshly picked fruit to be preserved.
